1. Independent Contractor Relationship

Partners (including commercial drivers, vehicle operators, and taxi stands) operate solely as independent commercial service providers. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and eTaxi Stand. You retain complete autonomy over when, where, and for how long you log into the ETaxiStand Partner application.

2. Partner Eligibility & Mandatory Onboarding KYC

To register and accept bookings on the ETaxiStand Partner application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into commercial contracts in India.
• You possess a valid, unexpired Commercial Driving License (with appropriate transport badges if required by state transport authorities).
• The vehicle used possesses a valid Registration Certificate (RC), Commercial Vehicle Permit, Fitness Certificate, and active Commercial Insurance covering passenger liability.
• All KYC documentation uploaded (including DL, RC, PAN, Aadhaar) is authentic, unedited, and belongs to you or your registered fleet. Submission of forged or altered documents will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.

3. Booking Fulfillment, Pricing & Platform Commission

Ride Dispatch & Acceptance: You are free to accept or decline ride requests broadcasted on the marketplace. Once you accept a booking or submit a winning quote/bid, you are contractually obligated to fulfill the journey safely and professionally.

Fares & Advance Commission: Fares are computed by the platform based on trip category, distance, duration, and vehicle type. For marketplace bookings, an advance commission (e.g. 5% platform fee plus applicable partner commission) is deducted from your driver wallet upon booking acceptance.

Driver Net Earnings: Your net earning on each ride equals the Total Customer Fare minus the applicable Commission. Cash fares must be collected directly from the customer at ride completion as shown on the app.

5. Account Deactivation, Suspension & Deletion

eTaxi Stand reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate partner accounts for fraud, repeated trip cancellations after acceptance, low ratings, customer safety complaints, or policy violations.

Voluntary Account Deletion: Partners may request voluntary account closure at any time directly through the app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or by emailing support@etaxistand.com.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

eTaxi Stand provides a digital technology intermediary platform connecting independent commercial drivers with riders. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, eTaxi Stand shall not be liable for traffic penalties, road accidents, personal injuries, loss of baggage, or lost income resulting from vehicle operations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eTaxi Stand, its directors, and employees from any third-party claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your negligent driving, regulatory violations, or breach of these Terms.
