1. Cancellation Fees

  • • Cancel > 12 hours before: FREE
  • • Cancel 3-12 hours before: ₹250 penalty
  • • Cancel < 3 hours before: ₹500 penalty

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or E-Taxi Wallet in cases of:

  • Partner fails to show up at pickup.
  • Vehicle model significantly differs from the accepted bid.
  • Technical payment failures.

3. Timeline

Wallet refunds are instant. Bank/Card refunds typically take 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

4. No-Show Policy

If a rider does not arrive at the pickup point within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the trip will be marked as a no-show and the full base fare may be charged.
